    I enrolled in AMAZON VA MASTERCLASS by coach Lish Aquino amazon queen of the Philippines to gain more knowledge about it. Prepared to manage my time; flexible in job opportunities. I am willing to learn tactics in my clients and I'm willing to share the strategies I learned also. In my year of experience in E-commerce and dropshipping, doing FB ads campaign is one of the difficult but worth learning. Invested a time to enroll in Amazon Sponsored ad Foundation for mastering PPC, Google Adwords, and Google Analytics to drive traffic to your website or landing page, know how we will stand out among the competitors. Lastly, enrolled in SEO/SEM to boost the visibility of a product or brand and stay on top of search terms.

     

    Through the Amazon VA course, I know I can learn more and gather experience in my client. This is always my answer in "How can I serve my client?" ..through passion. Work with a SMILE and confidence. Always have a daily goal. Proudly bring the team UP, because the network is net worth.

    Facebook ads campaign & Shopify management

    Creating a campaign first, you must need an attracting image and video that shows solution. At-least two creative ads. Second, choose the right target. Locally or internationally. You need to make at-least 5 adsets for you to compare which adset is winning. You need to be strict on interests. For example you are selling pet supplies, then might interests are pet products,store,show, animal lover and owners. All gender, aged 21-50. Now in different adsets, you need to change the interests, gender and age. To scale which demographics are producing sales. Don't forget to set it up at 12:00 AM to utilize the budget. The budget must be $2 per adset or $8 per campaign. ABO or CBO testing. I used ABO testing and then when I'm scalling I used CBO campaign

    SEO/SEM analyst

    From a psychology standpoint, it's beneficial to have a decent understanding of marketing psychology. So, you know what attracts users and what converts users.

    We used always white hat method.
    Aligning the business's objectives is a must.
    The tool I used for finding relevant keywords and competitor analysis is Ahrefs and Keyword planner. The goal is to maintain on the first page in both Amazon and Google.

    Social Media Management

    Buffer or Hootsuite. These tools are genuine to used for social media posts, calendar, auction and events. You don't need to set your alarm by 10 pm to post because in this site its an automatic calendar social media post. I used Buffer aside from free it is simple to use. Connect your social media account like face book, instagram, tweeter and pinterest. Write a post or events it is better to have an image and schedule it by the time you want. I researched about the most FB consuming time and it is between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM. Post atleast 1 times a day. Make sure the posts are engaging like, compliments, motivational quotes, customer's benefits, discounts and deals, freebies and particular events.

    Inventory Management

    We'll make sure we forecast numbers properly so focused products will never go OOS.

    What are the tasks of Inventory manager?
    -View active, inactive, and suppressed listings.

    - add a product to inventory

    -change quantity on hand, change pricing
    -View and track shipments fulfilled stock levels at every stage.

    What are the better method?
    1. Know the peak vs. off peak season.

    2. consider total production lead time

    -QA and remaking packaging

    3. Inbound lead time

    -departure port +congestion
    - days at sea/air
    - arrival port +congestion
    -Packaging exams/xray
    -CFS transfer

    PPC Campaign

    To make efficient decisions by bidding on the right keywords, therefore increasing both traffic and sales via advertisement. We have an auto and manual campaign. Manual campaign must need a keywords list and the listings are already optimized. Step-by-step guide for auto campaign.

    1. Log in to seller central>advertising>campaign manager>create campaign>continue.

    2. Enter a campaign name

    3. Enter start date and daily budget. (at least 1 week of testing and $30 daily budget.

    4. Click "automatic targeting"
    5. Client's bidding strategy ( i used "fixed" to control my budget)

    6.Create ad name

    7. Add product that relevant to your desired sponsored ads.

    8. Enter a bid (i used $2 for testing)

    9. Launch campaign.

    • If you want to set a manual campaign. Repeat  step 1-3. Then click "manual campaign" Repeat step 5-7 then manually add the optimized keywords list you want to rank. Repeat step 8-9.

    Product Research, Supplier sourcing, Optimize keywords and listing, SEO analyst

    Product research is used to test of finding winning products. Manual and automated ways of product research. Tools i need: Helium 10 or jungle scout. My criteria of a "winning product is consumable that buyers will surely buy again, quality, uniqueness and high ticket to have a double profit margin. Always have an answer "how do i stand out among competitors"
    Supplier sourcing mostly at alibaba and ali express for FBA and FBM while O'target, wallmart,mahrshalls,tjmaxx,homegoods at retail arbitage. At alibaba consider the verified and has trade assurance supplier. Get a free sample, be smart negotiating with them.
    Strategies to optimize keywords and listing. Know your product, have a competitor analyst. Analyze their negative reviews and try to solve it. Lastly know your keywords. Important things for listing optimization:

    Must know: at least 6-7 good images, Good title max of 250 characters, 5 bullet points. List the best feature at the first 3 bullet points.

    Project Management

    Project management tools: Asana, Trello, Slack, Google docs, Facebook workplace to organize the schedule of daily, weekly and occasional project. Additional skills: excel, spreadsheet formula like pivot and CountIF for inventory managing. Fluent in English and has a knowledge to project management techniques and other organizational skills. Practicing and researching the full business plan that leads to sales. A team player that Inspired the client and his workers.
